Hilary Duff has been filming her latest movie, Stay Cool,for about a week now. Hilary was photographed yesterday arriving to the set in a cute pair of shorts and an aqua top, and after 20 minutes in wardrobe and makeup, emerged in a blue dress and heels. It also looks like Hilary has the new iPhone!
