Britney Spears will tie the knot with her former manager Jason Trawick in a romantic Valentine’s Day ceremony next month on the Hawaiian Island of Maui.
The couple, who only got engaged in December have said no to a big traditional wedding and instead will elope for a private ceremony.
A source told the National Enquirer: “Britney said maybe they could have a large reception later, but the wedding will be for just her and Jason.”
In tribute to his daughter turning her life around Britney’s father Jamie is apparently asking a judge to give the 30 year-old control over her personal finances once more. Since her breakdown in 2008, a board of conservators have controlled the ‘Toxic’ star’s money but now her father believes it is time for her to take back that responsibility.
A source told The Sunday Express: “Jamie wants to go to court in early February so Britney will be a free woman in every sense when she marries.”
Despite re-building her life it isn't all good news for the 'Baby One More Time' star as she has been plagued by threats of a tell-all book about her sordid sex life from her former bodyguard
